2. Services Provided

Superior Water Consulting provides water consulting services in San Diego County, with plans to expand in the future. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Free Initial Consultation

We offer a complimentary initial phone consultation of approximately 15 minutes. This consultation is for informational purposes only and does not create a binding contract or guarantee results.

4. Payments and Invoicing

  • We invoice customers for services rendered; there are no direct purchases available on this website.

  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Zelle, bank transfer, and paper checks in some cases.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice, and failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension and/or legal action, including collections.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

  • Once a client enters into a contract with us, the agreement is binding.

  • Deposits and retainers (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • In rare cases, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
